How to return products
Does the product you have ordered not fit, or is the product you have received incorrect or has a manufacturing defect?
Not a problem. Simply notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchased product and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return. Please note that we can only accept returns if the product is in original condition, i.e. not worn and unwashed . No cash refunds will be made. Items that qualify for return may be exchanged for a product of different size (depending on availability) or we may provide a similar replacement. Depending on the nature of the return, additional delivery costs may or may not be covered by Namibwear. Contact us here if you require further information.
Conditions of Return
Namibwear will accept returns of products under the following conditions:
Notify us via E-Mail or any other mode of contact mentioned on this site within 7 days of purchasing your product IF you would like to return it. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchased items. – The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
In some cases a returns form must be completed and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we will not provide a refund if the goods are damaged, are not faulty, have been worn, used or washed in any way. Faulty products that have defects due to manufacturing flaws are eligible for return. Please follow wash and care instructions accompanied by your Namibwear product carefully to maintain the size, shape and look of your product. We are committed to you satisfaction and honouring your consumer rights. If your product is found faulty or different to the product you have ordered, we will assist you in exchanging the item. In rare cases if the item is no longer available, Namibwear may compensate valid customer returns with a Namibwear voucher of equal price.
Please note that products purchased through this website cannot be returned at any of the retailers or market stalls mentioned on the page find us. All returns must be sent back or delivered directly to our office in Windhoek or at one of our pickup points disclosed within return instructions sent to the customer wishing to make the return. The returns can be made in person at no cost or items purchased online can be sent back to Namibwear via courier or post. Please note however that Namibwear does not cover costs (such as additional courier or postage fees) incurred by sending items back for exchange/return and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to us. Additional fees to deliver an exchanged item will also have to be covered by the customer unless otherwise discussed.
