- For local pickup the purchased item can be collected during weekdays in Windhoek City Centre, Windhoek Eros or Suiderhof. For pickup on weekends, get in touch with us using the contact methods provided here. Further details regarding pickup times will be provided once payment has been confirmed.
- Deliveries within Windhoek are charged at N$ 29.- per delivery (up to 6 items). Depending on time of purchase, delivery times can range from same day delivery to 2 days.
- Deliveries to Rest of Namibia are charged at N$ 79.- per delivery (up to 6 items). Our couriers are able to deliver to all major cities and towns in Namibia. Delivery times may vary, as a standard all parcels are delivered between 1 – 4 days with the exception of deliveries to Katima Mulilo and Lüderitz where delivery times are between 3 to 6 days.
Please note that the total cost including shipment (if any applies) is calculated at the end of the check-out process depending on which shipment/delivery method is chosen. Goods are only dispatched once the full payment has been received. For deliveries outside of Namibia, please contact us here for further information.
• For EFT (Bank Transfer), simply fill in your billing and shipping information during check out and place the order once satisfied. You will then receive an e-mail with the necessary information to complete the payment. Goods to be delivered (via courier or post) must be paid in full before being dispatched.
• Using the PayToday App (found on Google Play or Apple App store), payments can be made conveniently from your phone. Simply download the app, register and search for NAMIBWEAR. Use your name and product name as reference, enter the amount and proceed with the payment.
• Credit Card payments using Visa or Mastercard cards can be made on this site using our third party payment provider DPO. Simply complete the checkout-process by filling in the necessary details such as billing and shipping information. For credit card payments you will be redirected to DPO secure payment gateway, specifically encrypted and protected for your safety and convenience. Goods are dispatched once payment has been received.
• Cash upon collection is only applicable for customers who would like to pick up the purchased item personally. Customers opting for local pickup will receive the next available pickup point via e-mail (either in Windhoek Eros or Windhoek Central) once the order is confirmed. Payment in Cash does not apply for deliveries.
Slim fit vs Regular fit
The slim-fit t-shirts do sit tighter on the body and have a smaller shape thus we do recommend ordering one size LARGER than the t-shirt size you would usually order in regular fit. Regular/relaxed fit t-shirts are comparable to t-shirts bought at established clothing retailers like Edgars or Woolworths. If you wear a size M usually, then a Namibwear T-shirt with regular/relaxed fit size M will fit you.
